Guarantee shares held by Pohjola in Ilmarinen acquired by Suomi Mutual

In accordance with an earlier agreement, Suomi Mutual on January 3, 2005 bought the guarantee shares held by Pohjola in Ilmarinen. The sale price was EUR 15.7 million.

In that connection, Pohjola sold its guarantee shares in Suomi Mutual to Ilmarinen at a sale price of EUR 0.5 million. The arrangement dissolved Pohjola's cross holdings.
