Suomi Mutual's President and CEO to change

Mr Eino Halonen, Suomi Mutual's President and CEO, has decided to exercise the option in his contract for retirement, effective as of 1 January 2008. Mr Markku Vesterinen, the current Senior Executive Vice President, has been appointed by the Board of Directors to take over on the same date. A new Senior Executive Vice President will not be chosen, but the Board has appointed Mr Timo Hukka, the current Chief Investment Officer, as the Deputy President and CEO as of 1 January 2008.
