OP Pohjola Group is the main cooperation partner

Suomi Mutual's staff is responsible for certain core business matters. The services related to insurance handling are purchased from the OP-Pohjola Group. The services acquired from external service providers include e.g. maintenance of IT systems and registers, insurance handling, premium transactions, claims handling and settlement, and call centre services for customers.

OP-Pohjola Group comprises about 230 independent member cooperative banks and the Group's statutory central institution, OP Bank Group Central Cooperative and Pohjola Bank plc. The Group is the largest financial services group in Finland.

Pohjola Bank is Suomi Mutual's important cooperation partner in investment management.
